Our premium bricks, made to order, typically arrive at your doorstep in 15-30 days. Due to the custom nature of each order, sometimes it might take a bit longer to craft your unique set. We only sell parts and bricks according to the CSV file from the Rebrickable website. Most of the time, the manufacturer includes a QR code paper in the package for you to scan and view the digital instructions. You can also access the instructions on our Fans Forum at brickxyz.com We are not the designer; we only supply bricks based on the Rebrickable.com CSV file. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify and follow the correct part-list from the designer. Import & Tariff Policy

When ordering from MOC Brick Store, please note that your order may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs fees once it arrives in your country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. They are set and collected by your country’s customs authority, and we have no control over these fees or their application.

Customer Responsibility

• All import-related fees (including tariffs, VAT, or customs handling charges) are the customer’s responsibility.

• We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details on applicable rates or thresholds before making a purchase.

• If you refuse to pay customs charges and the package is returned to us, shipping fees and return costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Return and Exchange Policy

Faulty Items: If you receive items that are incorrect or have quality issues, please reach out to our customer service. We will promptly arrange for a refund or replacement.

Returns and Exchanges: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with your order number and details of the change. We'll verify the production status and guide you through the process.

Address Changes: Need to update your shipping address? Just send us an email with your order number and the new address before your order ships, and we'll take care of it.

Product Images: While we strive for accuracy in our product photography, variations in screen resolution may affect color perception. Please contact us with any concerns prior to purchase.

Cancellations and Returns:

• Cancellations: We accept cancellations within 12 hours of order placement. For orders already in production or shipped, contact us with your order number and cancellation reason. Note that customized items already in production incur a 30% restocking fee.

• Refunds for Damaged Item: Refunds cover the original purchase amount minus shipping fees and discounts for personalized items. After processing your return, we'll confirm via email. Funds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, and one billing cycle to show on your statement.

Exchange & Return:

Customized items can only be returned if defective or damaged. Refer to our Return Policy on Damaged/Misprinted Items for more details. Please go to your local post office and send items. Once we receive the items from you, we'll process a full refund promptly; however, please note that we will not cover the shipping cost.

Exclusions: We do not cover damages from misuse, mishandling, or lack of maintenance, nor returns based on personal preference changes.

Final Sale: All purchases are final 60 days after receipt.
