Custom LEGO® Compatible Brick Sets
MOC Brick Store supplies custom LEGO® compatible brick sets based on part lists, usually from Rebrickable CSV files.
Please note:
- No original retail box is included.
- No stickers are included unless specifically stated.
- No minifigures are included.
- No printed bricks or special bricks are included unless specifically stated.
- Printed, rare, or special bricks may be replaced with compatible alternative bricks.
- We are not the original designer of the MOC model. We only supply compatible bricks according to the available parts list.
Customers are responsible for checking the designer’s original instructions and part list before placing an order.

Missing Parts Policy
Our sets are hand-picked by our team before shipping. While we strive for accuracy and completeness, human error can occasionally occur, or small parts may be lost during delivery.
If you discover missing or damaged parts after receiving your order, please contact us with the following information:
- Your order number
- Photos or screenshots showing the missing parts
- Part numbers, colors, and quantities, if available
- A photo of the received package and bricks, if requested
Once the missing parts are confirmed, we will send the required replacement bricks to you at no additional cost.
Missing parts cases are resolved by sending the required replacement bricks. Missing parts alone do not qualify for a full return, full exchange, or full refund of the entire set, unless we are unable to provide a reasonable replacement solution.
Shipping Carrier Notice
Your package may be handled by international and local shipping companies such as DHL, EMS, USPS, or other local courier services. These companies operate independently, and we do not control their delivery schedules, customs clearance procedures, or local handling processes.
If your tracking shows the parcel has arrived in your country or is being held by a local courier, please contact the shipping company directly for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
Quality Guarantee and Customer Support
All parts are checked before shipment to help ensure they are complete and in good condition.
If you receive incorrect, missing, or damaged parts, please contact our customer service team. We are committed to resolving the issue promptly by sending the necessary replacement parts at no additional cost where applicable.

Delivery may take longer during busy periods, public holidays, supplier delays, customs inspections, or international courier delays.
Our team does not work during public holidays. We are a small reseller and appreciate your understanding.
Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of order placement.
Once order preparation, production, or hand-picking has started, the order can no longer be cancelled for a full refund.
For customized items already in production or preparation, a cancellation may incur a restocking or preparation fee of up to 30%.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns and Exchanges
To request a return or exchange, please contact us by email with your order number and the reason for the request. We will review the order status and provide return instructions if the return is approved.
Customized items can only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or significantly incorrect.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Difficulty accessing or following instructions
- Misunderstanding of product details that were stated on the product page or policy page
- Missing parts that can be resolved by sending replacement bricks
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, incorrect building, or lack of care
All purchases are final 60 days after receipt.
Return Shipping Cost
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please return the item using a tracked postal or courier service and keep the tracking number as proof of return.
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to our error and we specifically agree in writing to cover the cost.
For international returns, customers are also responsible for any return postage, customs documents, import duties, taxes, tariffs, or courier handling fees.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and confirm whether it meets the return conditions.
If the return is approved, we will process the refund according to our policy.
Refunds may exclude:

- Restocking or preparation fees for customized items, where applicable
- Customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or import fees
After the refund has been processed, it may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. It may also take one billing cycle to appear on your statement.
Import Duties, Tariffs, Taxes, and Customs Fees
When ordering from MOC Brick Store, your order may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, or courier handling fees when it arrives in your country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. They are set and collected by your country’s customs authority, postal service, or courier company. We have no control over these fees.
All import-related fees are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
If you refuse to pay customs charges and the package is returned to us, shipping fees, return costs, customs fees, and any related charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us with your order number and the new address before your order ships.
Once the order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
Product Images and Color Differences
We try our best to display product images accurately. However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, monitor resolution, or differences between brick suppliers.
Please contact us before purchase if you have any concerns about color, parts, or product details.
